BMR Tummy Lift
Get a sleeker silhouette!
Tummy. Stomach. Belly. It doesn’t matter what you call it, what’s important is the way our mid-section looks in that little black dress. Ab and pilates workouts are great core exercises but aren’t always enough.
Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology is used to gently contract and relax your abdominal muscles, causing them to firm and tone. In just 20 minutes a day, 5 times a week, you will be on your way to a tighter tummy and to looking younger.
“ BMR Beauty tools use technology similar to a type that I use in my practice for overall aesthetic improvement. With BMR Beauty, you can treat these areas right in your own home.”

The muscle at the front of your abdomen comprise of the internal and external obliques, transversus and rectus abdominus. Core stability training emphasises the importance of activating both sets of obliques and the travsversus abdominus which, in combination with the gluteal and lower back muscles, can act as an effective support or 'brace' to the lumbar spine when a movement is being performed.
Current thinking amongst reserachers is that regular training of these muscles can play an important role in the prevention of incidence and reoccurence of low back pain. Moreover, core stability training can enhance the performance of people of all ages and abilities to carry out both everyday tasks and more athletic endevours. The role of Neuromuscular elctrical stimulation (NMES) in producing safe and effective contractions of the muscles of the anterior abdomen has been well established in clinical reserach and can make an important contribution to an effective core strengthening programme.
