ORDERING FROM BMR

BMR offers a range of delivery options:

Standard Shipping   Your order will be shipped via Fedex Air and should reach you within 3-5 business days.

Rush Shipping   Your order will be processed as a priority order by our distribution center AND it will ship via Fedex Priority Air. You should receive your order within 1-3 business days.

The S & H charges will be determined at checkout depending on the value of your order.

We will send you order and shipping confirmations as your order is processed to allow you to track the progress of your order. You will also be able to track the status of your order using the link below.

Payment
Upon receipt of your order, we will pre-authorize your card for the full value of the order. This means that we will ask your card-issuer to place a reservation on the funds in your account on our behalf. Once we process and ship your order, your card will be charged. refunds are always made to the account that was used when placing the order. We therefore recommend NOT using gift cards to place your order.

Return Options 
We are so confident that you are going to love your BMR product, that we give you a full 60 day money-back guarantee (less S&H) on all products purchased through this website (excluding GelPads), starting on the day that you RECEIVE your order. It can take a few weeks of regular use before you start seeing the benefits of using a BMR product, so use as much of the guarantee period as possible to see the positive effect.


If you do wish to return your order for any reason, simply call us on 1-877-518-2323 BEFORE the end of your 60 day money-back guarantee period and request return authorization. Please note, orders returned without authorization from Customer Service may be refused and may not be eligible for refund.
